Clínica actively engages aspiring health professionals, primarily students at the University of Arizona, providing them invaluable exposure to the clinical settings. Our dedicated volunteers receive comprehensive training, enabling them to contribute effectively to various roles such as front desk assistance, check-out procedures, vital signs recording, and aiding healthcare providers with interpretation and scribing tasks.
Our volunteer shifts are typically 4:30 - 9PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 9:30AM - 2PM on the first Saturday of the month.
Volunteer orientations typically occur four (4) times a year (January, April, August, and November.
